At Shreessha Naturals, we are committed to providing you with high-quality natural and organic cosmetic products. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we have established the following return and refund policy.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 2 working days of placing it, provided the product has not been handed over to our delivery partner.
How to Cancel:

- Include your order number and reason for cancellation
- Cancellation requests will be processed during business hours (Monday-Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM IST)
Refund for Cancelled Orders:
- Full refund will be processed within 8 working days from the date of cancellation approval
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no payment would have been collected, so no refund is applicable
Cancellation After Shipment
Once the order has been dispatched and handed over to our delivery partner, cancellation is not possible. You may choose to refuse delivery, but return shipping charges may apply, and the product must meet our return conditions.
Return Policy
Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned once delivered, except in the following circumstances:
Returnable Conditions (Exceptions Only)
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Damaged Product: Product received in damaged condition
- Defective Product: Manufacturing defect or quality issue
- Wrong Product: You received a different product than what you ordered
- Expired Product: Product received past its expiry date
- Tampered Packaging: Seal or packaging appears to have been opened or tampered with during transit
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be unused and unopened with original seals intact
- Original packaging, labels, and tags must be present
- Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery
- Proof of damage/defect must be provided (clear photographs)
- Original invoice or order confirmation must be available
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shreesshanaturrals.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Share clear photographs showing:
- Product packaging
- Damage or defect
- Batch number and expiry date (if applicable)
- Our customer service team will review and approve eligible returns
- Once approved, we will arrange product pickup or provide return instructions
Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds
Refunds will be processed for:
- Approved cancellations before shipment
- Approved returns meeting our return conditions
- Damaged or defective products verified by our team
Refund Process
- Verification Period: 2-3 working days after we receive the returned product
- Refund Initiation: Once verified and approved
- Refund Credit: Within 8 working days from approval date
Refund Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet)
- COD Orders (Cancelled): No refund applicable as payment was not collected
- COD Orders (Returned after delivery): Refund via bank transfer (bank details required)
Refund Amount
- Full refund: Original product price
- Shipping charges: Non-refundable except in cases of damaged/defective/wrong products
- COD charges: Non-refundable for customer-initiated cancellations
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot process refunds or returns in the following cases:
- Products used, opened, or with broken seals
- Products returned without prior approval
- Damage caused by misuse or improper storage
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- Discounted or promotional products marked “non-returnable”
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Allergic reactions (customers should perform patch tests before use)
- Products purchased during special sales (unless damaged/defective)
Replacement Policy
For damaged or defective products, we prefer to offer a replacement rather than a refund wherever possible.
- Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
- Same product will be sent as replacement
- If product is out of stock, full refund will be processed
- Replacement delivery within 7-10 business days
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to try a different product, please:
- Return the eligible product (if conditions are met)
- Receive your refund
- Place a new order for the desired product
Important Notes
Hygiene and Safety
As per industry standards and for hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be accepted back under any circumstances, except for quality or safety concerns verified by our team.
Photographic Evidence
For all damage or defect claims, photographic evidence is mandatory. Please take clear pictures immediately upon receiving your order, before opening the product.
Delivery Refusal
If you refuse delivery without valid reason:
- Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund
- Processing fee may apply
- Future orders may require prepayment only
Inspection Rights
We reserve the right to inspect returned products before processing refunds. Products that don’t meet return conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
