We currently offer shipping services across India through our logistics partner, Shiprocket. We deliver to all serviceable pin codes covered by Shiprocket’s network.

- We ship to addresses within India only
- International shipping is not available at this time
- Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may have limited delivery options or extended delivery times
- Delivery availability is subject to courier partner serviceability in your area

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries.
2. Order Processing Time

- Processing time includes order verification, packaging, and handover to courier partner
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
2.2 Weekend Processing
- Orders placed on weekends may be processed, but this is not guaranteed
- Weekend orders will typically be processed on the next business day (Monday)
- Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day
2.3 Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful order placement. A separate shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

We partner with Shiprocket, India’s leading eCommerce shipping solution, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders.
5.2 Courier Services
Shiprocket utilizes multiple courier partners including but not limited to:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- Ecom Express
- India Post
- And other regional and national courier services
Please Note: The specific courier partner is assigned by Shiprocket based on serviceability and efficiency for your location. We do not directly control courier partner selection.
5.3 Courier Assignment
- Courier partner is automatically assigned based on your PIN code
- The most suitable courier for your location will be selected
- You cannot choose a specific courier partner
- Different courier partners may be used for different orders based on availability
6. Order Tracking
6.1 Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking Number/AWB (Airway Bill) Number via email and SMS
- Direct tracking link to monitor your shipment status
- Estimated delivery date based on courier partner’s timeline

6.3 Tracking Updates
Typical tracking statuses include:
- Order Placed: Order confirmed and being prepared
- Order Dispatched: Handed over to courier partner
- In Transit: Package is on the way to your location
- Out for Delivery: Package will be delivered today
- Delivered: Package successfully delivered
- Delivery Attempted: Delivery failed, will be reattempted
7. Delivery Process
7.1 Delivery Attempts
- One delivery attempt will be made by the courier partner
- Courier will contact you via phone/SMS before delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
7.2 Delivery Failure – Customer Unavailable
If the delivery attempt fails because:
- No one was available to receive the package
- Contact number was unreachable
- Address was locked or inaccessible
For Prepaid Orders (Online Payment):
- The order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
- Package will be returned to us
- Refund will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned package
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount as a penalty to cover our logistics costs
- You will receive: Refund = Product Price – Forward Shipping Cost – Return Shipping Cost
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Order will be returned to origin
- No refund applicable as payment was not collected
- You may place a new order if still interested
7.3 Successful Delivery
- Please verify the package condition before accepting delivery
- Check for any visible damage to the outer packaging
- Sign the delivery acknowledgment only after inspection
- If package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery
7.4 Refusing Delivery
If you refuse delivery:
- For valid reasons (damaged package, tampered seal): Full refund including shipping charges
- For invalid reasons (change of mind, unavailability): Shipping charges will be deducted from refund

8. Delivery Confirmation
8.1 Proof of Delivery
- Courier partners obtain delivery confirmation via signature, photo, or OTP
- This serves as proof that the package was successfully delivered
- Delivery confirmation is recorded in the tracking system
8.2 Non-Receipt Claims
If you did not receive your order but tracking shows “Delivered”:

- Provide your order number and tracking details
- We will investigate with the courier partner
- Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery status update
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
9.1 Damaged Package
If you receive a damaged package:
- Do not accept delivery if damage is visible

- Provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging
